Yes, that's the Turbo Levo SL remote with the wire built in to attach (we think) at the TCO (the one available port). The pic is a bad angle but there are +/- buttons on it.

One caveat for the E5 (Aluminum version). There is no cable port on the right side of the bike so adding a dropper cable (or this cable for the switch) is going to be hard. Unrelated note, the E5 has headshock 1.5 which basically means no adjustable damping or lockout.

I can see from the new Levo SL that a +/- button is used there. And the motor on that bike is essentially the same as the Creo. So...I imagine this will work. I was able to do the same with an older Turbo Levo and add the +/- control. There was a blank female connector on the Levo, just plugged...
