Optimizing Specialized Creo Expert SL with 1.1 motor for 60 miles at 25mph

Just get a loaner/test drive of the bike from a local store and see what happens right?. You may want a tighter clustered cassette and able to give away some climbing gears. What is your weight and your FTP? Do you run a power meter? 25mph is a log of wind resistance.

    Creo Remote Control DIY

No, not really. The remote we are using has four buttons. No doubt you could gut the current remote and find the contacts and probably put then under a hood or something. Or if you knew how the wiring works maybe even adapt SRAM blips or a Shimano remote to the bike. I think you would have to...

    Creo Remote Control DIY

Hi everyone, I was able to get this working and put a test ride on it. Everything works as expected. The remote (Specialized PN S194200007) let's you run up "+" the modes 0 (no assist), 1, 2, 3 and back down again with the "-". Also intact is the Turbo button at the top which takes you from any...

Issues with the Turbo Creo SL (all variants)

Yes, that's the Turbo Levo SL remote with the wire built in to attach (we think) at the TCO (the one available port). The pic is a bad angle but there are +/- buttons on it.

Issues with the Turbo Creo SL (all variants)

I'm going to get one of these and plug it in to see if it works with the Creo.

Issues with the Turbo Creo SL (all variants)

One caveat for the E5 (Aluminum version). There is no cable port on the right side of the bike so adding a dropper cable (or this cable for the switch) is going to be hard. Unrelated note, the E5 has headshock 1.5 which basically means no adjustable damping or lockout.

Issues with the Turbo Creo SL (all variants)

I think it's for a remote mode control (like the Levo SL).

Specialized Turbo Creo 28mph Electric Road Bike

I can see from the new Levo SL that a +/- button is used there. And the motor on that bike is essentially the same as the Creo. So...I imagine this will work. I was able to do the same with an older Turbo Levo and add the +/- control. There was a blank female connector on the Levo, just plugged...

Disable Turbo Levo display on downtube?

Just so that no one says "put some black tape over" it I'm wondering if there are any settings or hacks to disable the display or time it out. Getting a lot of attention on the trails.
