Known Issues & Problems with Voltbike Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

I am with @Barry S on that one, that's bogus! I have a Teo Fat Bike, which it will go from a dead start throttle only and it never skip! But the controller could cut on/off during a current surge if the demand was too much on some dead start, I could see that happening. And I am sure that not...

Known Issues & Problems with Voltbike Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Hi @ebikenewbie , were you going throttle only or you were peddling? Because if you were peddling, it may be your cassette that slip, it did happen to me and it is usually on startup with a lot of torque. You may want to look at the cassette before opening your motor. Cheers

Those looks like good replacement bike, much more of a commuter for sure. I also I the same idea in mind for my next one. I would like to keep the Teo for the trials and buy a good commuter, something not as heavy. Just by curiosity @YYZ2017 how was the Maxxis tire for commuting? Did you get...

    Téo full suspension

Good day @CanCD where in Nova Scotia do you live? I use to be in the Navy so I spent a few years in Halifax area. Looking at your route, I believe you would have no issue with the rear hub for sure. I haven't meet anyone that bought the full suspension with mid drive yet. But I heard many...

Sorry @AguassissiM , I was trying to reply a post from @mid drive merv but I guess it didn't worked! I saw that he was asking about riding tubeless and I always been curious about it if it was really better or not. But I am sorry for your blown tire, that is very weird, did you like the tire...

    Teo Bike Accessories

I am still riding with the Jumbo Jim, but not tubeless. I still got a couple flat tire, but not as bad as before, since now I also use the Mr. tuffy liner and some green slime, I usually can ride back home with something stuck in the tire. I was wondering if you got any feedback about riding...

    New Voltbike Yukon 750 spotted

Wow it is sure a great deal! But I wonder about that Cobi thing it seems kind of scary and could this be the reason for the price drop? Otherwise I would go for the Haibike right away!

    New Voltbike Yukon 750 spotted

You have a great commute, it make me miss Hawaii!! From what I saw, your only issue will be a lack of gears, if you can reach 40 mph downhill on a regular bike, I am sure you would love to go as fast with your fat bike too. I have heard of some people installing a bigger ring gear at the front...

Known Issues & Problems with Voltbike Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

@Ashley64 can you let us know how it is running with the green slime in your tires, I am debating about putting some in mine. I had already many flat tires last season and it is too hard to avoid all debris on the road!

    Newbie,Hi Guys

So Benoit did confirm you that was a 750watts motor? Maybe @Jim Carroll you should look at the controller just to be sure! Then again you could just try your bike and if you can go on flat surface over 40km/h on full assist you may have a 750W mine will max at 37km/h.

    Newbie,Hi Guys

My is the same, I attached a picture. From what I saw from others after the 48V there will a 750W for those with a 750 watts motors but nothing if you have a 500 watts motor. I am sorry to tell you that but you may want to inquire about that with Benoit!

    Newbie,Hi Guys

Yes, I do have the 500 Watts motor and controller, but I did asked for a 500W since I mainly use it to commute to work and I did want any issue by being outlaw... But I didn't notice or knew how they were making the difference, since you will also notice the instructions are very vague. But it...

    Newbie,Hi Guys

Welcome abord! I am sure you will be happy with your purchase. Like you said I don't think Benoit want those same mistake to happen again, but those also happen when his shipment was delay and he may have rush the delivery once he received his new stock, but I do believe all the bikes are in his...

    My Teo review, updated

That sure looks like a beautiful area!! We have found out that some bikes that were supposed to be 750Watts were only 500Watts instead, I wonder if you didn't have the same issue. It might be worth to call Benoit, or even looked at your controller to make sure you do have a 750W. I find it weird...
