I also have a 2017. they replaced the bike first, then a motor etc. I really have to agree that greasing the bolts that are not machined correctly and cranking them down is the answer. Just suggesting that you also do that and get onto enjoying your bike. Still loving the ride......

I’ll assume that the light connection is in a harness only accessible when the motor cover is removed. I’ve been using an orp light and horn. Using the micro to micro plug, I charge off the controller if necessary.

Mine is 2018 model not connected via Bluetooth to the app. Being retired I would opt for the greater distance, as it makes me be feel better. I’d be interested to hear and I’ll try connecting to the app.

Mine has been consistently the same. Is there a calibration in the software for tire size? Only a shop could see this I imagine. I’m more inclined to believe something mechanical than gps satellites which can be degraded.

I would give a hard look at Emotion bikes. The parent company is a 100 yr bike manufacturer,hence choice of frame sizes. Fit is still critical. Good quality components with company support. Bring a little more $ to the table and look at haibike. Best of luck in your search.

That's a nice bike but it would never fly with someone who rides a road bike. Everything is incorrect including the geometry which can't be changed. Shfters, brakes, gears,wheels, tires.gears........the list goes on and on as to the changes required..
