    Update on battery support: only battery available for 2020 Turbo Vado 3 is existing inventory at a retailer. Since battery unit is not UL certified it can't be legally shipped in California. Specialized may offer discount on new bike to be arranged through dealer.

    Shred battery lost in UPS shipment. Any tips on how to handle a replacement?

    I appreciate your comments but there's nothing more I can do until UPS finishes their investigation. The bike maker should not have to risk shipping a replacement battery through Customs and UPS only to have the first shipment pop-up somewhere. Thanks for the tip on EMP.
