This morning the temp was 26 with a feels like temp of 19. Noticed the bars showing on a freshly charged older battery at these temps dropped down to only 1 bar showing almost constantly. About time to break out the new battery for the rover.

If you have a hub drive you would need to re-lace the rear hub motor to your choice of wheels. New spokes would obviously need to be made but it could be done.

You're right Alex, I think the difference for an old fart like me is being able to talk to a human closer to the source than a sub contractor that just wants to make himself feel smart and the customer an idiot.

I took delivery of it November 6th 2017 ,I have 2 other e bikes that I use to commute with on rotation ride about 3500 miles per year.

I didn't purchase the warranty, my bad I guess. I've dealt with Rad and the shop previously with minor issues and they have taken care of them without having to submit trouble tickets and waiting for help at their convenience

Has anyone tried to deal with Luna cycle and been satisfied with the level of support? I am not at all pleased with their service or effort in resolving issues with the roam fusion. My rad power bike for 1/2 the price kicks its ass for reliability and customer service.

Not sure about the Bali, but my experience so far with the EG Milan has not been very good. Controller issues and now a wobbly lower bracket / crank set problem causing the chain to come off the front sprocket. I,m almost as flabby as you and probably older. lol Good luck with your purchase.

New old member, just joined. Beware of the Milan, Controller issues lower bracket sloppy constant chain problems. Not much support. Just a heads up.
