I just updated the ride control app but it is metric. How do I change it to English?

The Giant E+4 grips are different than the E+2 in that the controller is different and does not seem to be integrated with the grip. I cannot figure out how to remove them. Has anyone done it? Any advice will be appreciated. thanks.

My bars are about an inch lower than my seat and I feel that I am leaning on the bars too much so that my hands are numb. I'm thinking that I should get a taller stem. What do you others ride?

I find that a 4 mm is too small and strips the head but a 5/32" fits tighter. Does Giant use SAE bolts? Actually I converted and 4mm is larger than 5/32" My apologies.

As I ride and makes a bell-like scraping sound. Does the same when put upside down and the front tire is spun. Any known cure? I'd take it back to my LBS but he's closed for the duration.

But my wife and I can go outside to exercise on our recently purchased bikes. A giant for me and an almost identical Liv for her. Just waiting for some warmer weather.
