I dunno, but for me personally being limited to 25Km/h is "what the hell is the point" territory. Even at 32Km/h I get passed by regular road bike cyclists. Other than that, nice looking bike.

Yikes, things like a seat post, headset star nut / bolt, rack are no big deal. Dent in frame... that's major.
