Double check all again. The torque sensor is part of axle assembly that you installed the new clutch on... So follow and check that wiring well. Then I'd unplug and reset all the connectors on the controller. If your motor Is UART... You can use the programming software to check the torque...

Not familiar with your bike.. but looking at a photo you may be able to loosen the stem and roll the bars toward the saddle for a more upright position. If you post the measurements of the steer tube someone might know of a stem riser that'll fit. If unavailable different bars might do what...
