From what i see she only got 2500mi out of the original chain... Might have been clean but the lube was ehh at best. Super soy wax is probably best left for hand jobs 🙃

You can not over rev' an electric motor in this application... But you can bog it down. The latter should be your only concern

You can't convert amps to rpm. The load varies greatly, thus current is ever changing. Even knowing no load RPM for each PAS will be useless information. More important than high spinning which the motor appreciates... Is bogging it down with high current/load at a low RPM

Though it would be an interesting cobble, personally I wouldn't bother complicating things with a tach. With an electric motor it's more important to monitor current... at least in this application. For reference, the published guesstimate of max RPM is 140 Yes your % of current set on the...

How so? I put 1 full drop per roller by rotating the bottle 180° for each. Rarely spill any or have it run off the chain. What do you find neater?

The Boeshield T9 (wax based) states a minimum of 2 hours but overnight for best results. I've done both and less does wipe off if left overnight. That said... The 2 hour method still has good results. ymmv

Probably cost twice as much as a bottle of Boeshield as well 🙃

If you want things to be as neat and clean as possible then removing the factory lube is a big help. If that's not an issue.. then leaving it does no harm but I also don't think it helps much either... imo.
