Quite agree with RJC. Support in the UK is flaky to say the least. Communication is slow and at times a waste of time. Accessories hard to get hold of and usually entail buying from Australia, Canada or the USA. Which is a bit daft as we are still part of the EU.

It's the throttle control that's illegal.

I'm 5'7" with short legs (29", inseam) and I've managed quite well on or off road. I think you'd manage quite well. 👍

What is the best throttle setting for fastest best performance? Presently I'm set on Eco. But was wondering what you guys find best!

Must admit after my previous two ebikes, the ncm moscow surpasses both of them, particularly on hills. 😎🚲

Looks very nice, I've just fitted a throttle and it works great with the new 5 wire control.

They had a dealership in Wigan, which is now permanently closed. My bike arrived within days of ordering, so must have come from somewhere in the UK. Perhaps once the lockdown us over things may improve for UK customers.

Leon UK are next to useless with regards customer support. You do get a reply from Germany eventually. Maybe a phone call would be best.

I'm 5'7" and ride the Moscow plus 27.5. It's a big bike and wouldn't recommend it for someone smaller than me. At the saddles lowest setting i can only just touch the floor. Buy some thing with 26" wheels!

It was a waste of time trying to get one from Leon cycles NCM, I couldn't even get a reply to my messages. I got a friend to order me one in Canada and post it over. It arrived today, I've ordered a thumb throttle from Germany and presently awaiting delivery.

Great bike, I've had mine about month and love it. You definitely have to get your gearing right otherwise its like moving off with the brakes on. I've decided to fit a throttle control to assist with moving off if required.
