    Will you choose it?

Not my cup of tea. Yes it looks very stout to be sure and made to fill a very narrow nich. My preference is a delicate clean looking machine.

    Ride1Up prodigy watt meter.

Does anyone know if the Ride!Up Prodigy has a watt meter. If it does I haven't been able to find it.

I understand that if you them with nitrogen and they may lose less pressure.

Comparison new bike to tow trailer

Towing a trailer I would make sure what you pick has a twist or thumb throttle. You would be using it to top the crest of a hill or help you get started on an uphill start.

    Pressure cooking

My mother had a pressure cooker that she used frequently. Not sure those old cookers had the safety components of newer ones. If I had a pressure cooker made in 1917 I would be afraid of it. Mostly what I use a pressure cooker for is chicken gizzards.

E-bike Road safety improvements via motorcycle type mirrors, windshield, lights and horn

I now use a helmet mounted mirror after trying several other solid bike mounted configurations. Using a helmet mounted mirror certainly takes a bit, well quite a bit of getting used to but once I did it works the best for me. There are some downsides to the helmet mounted mirror like having to...

How to make brakes less powerful

Nothing, nothing especially oil on the rotors please. Change the pads to a less grippy material.

How fast is too fast for you?

I am a creature of habit. I tend to ride leisurely the same 4.5 mile route at about 10 to 12 MPH every day. As I ride I enjoy checking out everything around me so I don't go very fast. As I observe other riders many seem their goal is ride fast and cover as much territory in as short a time as...

    Cheap vs Quality Tail Lights?

I would venture to say near 100 percent of them are made in China and am betting the consistency of them is, well inconsistent. I drive a 30 mild stretch of country road where people train for tours so I see lot of different brightness of rear lights. Some I can easily be seen from a mile away...

Gazelle Medeo or Ultimate T10+ Questions

This is my 3rd ebike. I have ridden several others so can speak from some experience. My current ebike has a Brose motor and the quietness and smooth power delivery of it is a wonderful feature that is enjoyed on each and every silent ride. There are too many jerky, surging, whining and...

    Just for fun...

I certainly wouldn't befriend anyone who envies D. Trump. Who in the world could possibly want to be like him? Of course everyone wants to be rich but beyond that I see no redeeming quality in the man whatsoever, NONE.

Cracked frame on 2 yr old Rize City

This is a tough one. It looks like the metal is very thin by the picture so welding does not seem like it would work without fish plating. Maybe a a piece of pipe or a piece of a seat post could be inserted all the way down inside to bridge the crack. If the pipe could be epoxied (JB weld...

I love my yak yak 2 years now all is good

Personally I don't believe you will gain much with a front suspension unless you are jumping off curbs. You are sitting near the back wheel so a suspension seat sounds like the way to go to get a smoother ride.

    Kindernay goes Kaput

Great system that works well when all the components are in good shape. It is just too bad it all wears out so quickly and needs constant adjusting. I want a motor and transmission like motorcycles and with a belt drive.

Are mid drives just naturally less zippy than hub motors?

A mid drive without a throttle has to be peddled very hard to activate the torque sensing power control to get full power out to the motor whereas a hub drive usually has a hand throttle which merrily has to be fully applied with your thumb for max power delivery. So in essence a hub drive can...

There isn't any way the cost of hearing aids is reasonable and or justified. Does anyone have any idea what the profit margin is?

    Your thoughts and suggestions

With the dynamite prices out there at this time it may be more prudent to just buy a factory made ebike.
