    Above knee amputee

30lbs! It was 20lbs last report so keep up the good work! Don't worry about how much you lose though, worry about how much you ride! Lol. Sounds like you are getting some miles put on your bike!

    Milano+

I have broken my 4th spoke now and have managed to avoid getting one of the spokes that require the disc to be removed but when it does happen and I'm in the field my thought is to put the spoke in backwards (in terms of orientation through the hub hole) and ride it home that way. Any thoughts...

    New Battery Option - 48v 25AH

I have a 220km trip planned for next weekend (2 days riding with equipment), if I can do it I will bike entirely at middle assist level to get a new range report. I have a friend biking with me though, he hasn't biked since last year so he might want a higher assist level and might cause my pace...

    Reention Dorado 48V 25Ah 29Ah&36V 30Ah (505L) Replacement Battery for eBikes Surface 604,NCM,Rize,Magnum,Aventon

I can't comment at all on what all Jenny does for shipping but in my own case I was concerned as shipping to Canada for Lithium Ion can be a challenge and there's paperwork and hazardous stickers and such that must be dealt with. She shipped via UPS for me and although it did stop in Canadian...

Known Issues & Problems with NCM Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Hey Fred No just the one connector, the one you are referring to. I just branched multiple circuits from that one connector and used power adapters to get 5V and 12V from the 48V source.

Known Issues & Problems with NCM Products + Help, Solutions & Fixes

Hey John I have my Moscow rigged now with a 5v and 12v system and a light with a switch all running from the 48v power lead hidden in the downtube. Everything is working great although I haven't used the 12v part of the system in the end. If you need any help with wiring let me know and if you...

ET Cycle T720 Just arrived, this is a BIG bike.

No but I've been actively checking into it trying to find more info. They are for sure different motors and the G26 doesn't seem to have "das-kit" molded into the metal casting anymore.

Why does the battery show a minus voltage when checked with the voltmeter?

Wait in the first set of pics that showed -58v your leads were reversed? They aren't in the pic HarryS highlighted. I am confused now. Did you actually check the battery voltage before in the past and see with certainty it wasn't reversed compared to your readings now?

    2 prong battery charger

The one you showed has an XLR connector for the battery, that's not what a Moscow has they have a 2.1mm barrel connector. You probably want a charger quick to get riding. Here's a link to Leon Cycle and the correct charger for a Moscow at 110v. ($35cad shipped)...

Why does the battery show a minus voltage when checked with the voltmeter?

I really don't want you to open a Lithium Ion battery pack unless you are totally comfortable with it. Drop a tool across the wrong set of contacts and you'll have a dead battery pack or dead cells or a fire or a ruined BMS or more, you'll certainly need to change your pants if you set off a...

Why does the battery show a minus voltage when checked with the voltmeter?

Sounds baffling but the battery chemistry doesn't allow for a polarity reversal so it's got to be something simple and overlooked, figuring out where is the challenge and don't trust what you believed in the past, perhaps there's a scenario where the wiring has been wrong all along but worked...

Why does the battery show a minus voltage when checked with the voltmeter?

You've for sure got two wires swapped somewhere, looks like on the battery. I'm surprised your controller isn't upset about the voltage being reversed but it's certainly straight forward to build one that wouldn't care about polarity of the power being supplied so perhaps its how your controller...

    2 prong battery charger

Just double check the label on the adapter. 90% chance it works with 110v or 220v but double check. Assuming yes then @Dallant has the right of it, a simple adapter. Just a travel adapter will do they usually are under $10 for the cheaper ones. I've seen them for like $3-4 in our dollar stores...

    Above knee amputee

Thats fantastic sounding. I'm not in your situation but I've been tempted to try clips. I've never used them and always wanted to try. Losing 20lbs probably feels great too!

    Battery Volt Question

Everything HarryS said is spot on. I'd also add that don't fret if your bike doesn't charge to 54.6v exactly. Anything 53.5v+ is pretty common
