Jenny/Aijiu is a safe bet and you'll get top notch cells inside. Other Aliexpress vendors may be ok but it's such a crap shoot unless you can use reviews or do enough investigation to be sure they are legit and that you won't get poorly made product. I can't honestly recommend another...

I believe Aijiu/Jenny can provide the battery in 36v, 48v or 52v (capacity in ah will vary)

The 21700 - 49v x 25ah is the largest capacity for that battery format. It just came out last spring, I've not heard of any larger cases in the dorado format.

Are you sure you have seperate settings for Assist Top Speed AND Throttle Top speed? My canadian bike seems to only have 1 setting

Both the protocol, wiring and connectors are different. Bafang uses a 9-pin and Das-kit an 8 pin connector but they look similar. There's a German site that outlines the Das-Kit protocol but you'l need to understand German.

Thanks for the info. That device isn't of use though for your 48v lithium ion batteries just due to voltage differences and that good/bad/weak gauge is designed for lead acid batteries. Here's a link to a proper capacity testing meter that is cheap (requires some wiring)...

What do you mean a "battery load tester". Can you share a pic or description of it? Might be of use. A 48v battery 13ah brand new in Canada from Leon Cycle Canada is $250 shipped to give you a sense of competing battery prices. That battery will be using Panasonic cells inside so it's top quality.
