All European coffee shops I visited make an Americono ? Or the Brits "filter coffee " all of which I prefer to most USA coffee shops. No sweetner, only light cream (if very bitter) usually works for me.

Sweetening coffee and adding dairy products worked for Starbucks , one reason for me to avoid them. Best coffee I ever had was in Rome, Italy, and I've been trying to duplicate it ever since.

Honestly, that video idea seems like a reasonable request , especially if there is no test ride available. Even if they have to make one on the spot, they should want to address the mount and dismount question for other potential customers , and post it somewhere people can see it. And loading...

Don't have any advice on what to buy (not a mountain bike fan) but a battery 7 years old is at the extreme end of its lifetime, generally only 5 years. Someone else will comment on brand or types of mountain bikes, I'm sure.

I love the idea of a recumbent on trails like you ride, just afraid of them on streets with 9 foot high pickups and SUVs. Flag or not.

It's just ridiculous how great the roads and landscapes in your posts look. And I know I would never ride them even if I lived there because of the hills, distances, and weather always involved in your rides. I just enjoy the scenery....

Electricity is cheap, they make it every day, but a younger body? Not so much.

It's a better bike than I am a rider so far, so I haven't messed with it. My health (especially lower body strength) deteriorated very badly the last few years. I might have to get the other controller with a throttle at some point, but not yet, dammit .
