    Schwalbe tire question

I completely agree with 6zfshdb on puncture resistant tires. I have Schwalbe Marathon Plus Puncture resistant tires on both of my ebikes. Puncture resistant is my single most important priority. Changing a rear flat is not an option for me. One of my bikes is a Trek XM700 commuter which came...

    The New Old Guy

Do your ebike tires have schrader or presta valve stems. The valves shown in the photo of your post appear to be schrader. Does you Joeblow floor pump accommodate both types of valves ? If so are you matching the correct pump fitting to your tire?

    The Joys of MS...

Keith, In a prior post you mentioned that you'd spoken with the Lead Tech at your LBS. Should logic force the decision to sell, based on what I've heard locally, you should be able to recoup a significant amount of your investment in your Trek because bikes are so scarce. You're in the...

Hi Keith, I have a similar product to the Speedbox on my e-Bike and it works perfectly, but all it does is remove the top speed restriction of my Class 2 bike. It changes nothing regarding my starting from a stop and I suspect the Speedbox works the same way...Remove the top speed restriction...

    The Joys of MS...

Hi Keith, I have no knowledge regarding a whether a throttle can be hacked ( added ) to your Bosch Drive Train. Based on the facts you've presented you want and need a bullet proof, 100% reliable throttle designed for the motor and gearing specific to your Trek. Yes a hack may work, but I...

How to compare torques between bikes.

'Al in CT', I get it, I really do meaning, research is fun and we all learn something, but it seems like you may have a case of analysis paralysis. As mentioned your body weight is 25 pounds less than the max load capacity of most e-bikes. . In simple english whatever bike you purchase, it...

Hi Dwain, First welcome. Based on what you've written...".We plan on riding around our blocks, but Sarasota also has 12.5 mile trial that they allow both types to ride on. So, if we ride from the entire trail, that will be about 25 miles. We are in good shape, no issues, " I'm assuming...
