I am starting to research new rims for my RCS. They have to be Tubeless ready rims. I would love to get rid of the 9mm qr front hubs and find something like 15mm setup. Has anyone a parts list for this?

I reversed course last week. Canceled the RCST order and purchased the Aventon Aventure Step Through. Keeping the 2 RCS bikes we already have. I just liked the look and components of the Aventure fat tire bikes. The battery mounts inside the frame.

Just ordered the RCST in white for my wife. She is 5'2" and has had to live with the high top tube on the (M) RCS for 2 years. Now we wait til end of June for shipping.

So after 1 month I can report the install is working. What I don't like is the wheels are out of balance. When free spinning them in the air I feel the out of balance.

You did not mention if you bed in the brakes. The procedure is 15mph brake hard to 5mph keep doing that for 4-5 times. When doing the rear brakes sit back as far as you can to avoid brake lockup. It will transfer the pad material to the rotor. This should work I do it on both of my RCS.

I tried to mount the problem tire on another rim and it popped the bead. I am now sure the tire is bad it won't hold a bead even with an inner tube. The tire is very loose on the rim. I called Biketiresdirect and they are sending me a replacement tire under warranty.

Many Attempts to get the valve stem to seal have failed. Air keeps coming out. After much debate and discussion with my local bike shop I am not going to go tubeless with these rims. I am going to abandon the tubeless for Tannus Armour system.
