That's a real purdy bike ☺️...mine is gravel, so not so shiny most days lol. I was born and raised on southern Vancouver Island. off the left coast..no snow..except in 1996...we wont's discuss that...still in therapy ;^/ Now I live on the right coast...out in the boondocks by the ocean, so we...

VERY cool! ...Luckily my QuadLock from my Diverge worked *whew* Now I am tackling the second water bottle location project lol...spoiled with 3 bottle option on the Diverge...going to 1 not an option for me. During the summer...and yes it gets into the high 80's low 90's here in Canada...not...

ToughRoad GX E+ phone mount options

Well, went for my first electrically assisted ride today...what.a.blast! The good...fits like a glove, SRAM, QR wheels, easy to read dash..AND my old QuadLock phone mount JUST fits when reversed, and my knee clears it. The bad...I'm never going to break my on-the-flat conventional Diverge speed...

    Longest rides

My biggest challenge will be to maintain my 25k 1,000 cal per day burn....50lb bike, eco mode i'm guessing..and pedal harder lol #discipline ...I'm getting old and lazy...maybe... *sigh* As it is, my HR rarely gets above 130, and tops out...briefly @ 155..the max for a 67 year old male, so we...

    Washing your Giant

Oh yes! Sorry...should have mentioned what I assumed was the well established final step in bike cleaning...reapplying protectants and lubricants ..we all know about what assume does...😜 ....having said that, I use a Park Tool Cyclone chain scrubber, so if I don't re-lube it's rust the next...

ToughRoad GX E+ phone mount options

Thanks so much for your prompt and informative reply...we have Peak gear that we are impressed with :^)~ However it appears to be almost identical to my current QuadLock mount and case. ...I will probably need to buy the stem mount, and adapt it to the top bar.

ToughRoad GX E+ phone mount options

Currently I have a QuadLock for my Max12Pro on my non E Specialized Diverge, and it mounts where the EVO dash sits on the Giant. It is not critical, but I use Cyclemeter Elite to "talk" to my Apple health and MyFitnessPal and review/document my stats. I understand these stats will still be...

    Washing your Giant

Well, they are engineered to ride in the pouring rain, through mud, so I doubt gently washing with gentle soap, with an immediate gentle rinse, will void the warranty. Motorcycles also have exposed electrical components, and the only caution (also applicable to any vehicle) is to never use high...

New bike..well, new to me, first Ebike, also own a Specialized Diverge E5 Comp. I live and ride in Nova Scotia, and do a mix of back roads and rail trails. I haven't picked it up yet, as it is being serviced prior to pickup, but I did take it for a decent...and fast test ride...fun fun...
