Since we've become more intelligent with age, pretty pain free while riding. We are smart enough to stop every 20 minutes or so to hydrate, take a few steps and enjoy the surroundings; typically back riding in under 5 minutes.

Nothing to move on from. Norway is even more irrelevent than the country we import maple cookies from. Hopefully that doesn't offend anyone. I think it is great that many countries are less reliant on the US buying things from them.
