So the visibility is doable? That's really my main concern with the Ace, if the display washes out at high noon on a sunny summer day

Oh...I used to live right near the top of the San Gabriel River trail, in Duarte. Back in the day, i'd ride my bike (pre e-bike) down to Long Beach maybe once a month! Going down to LB was great....coming back not so much.
