Admittedly I have not used the app for logging rides for a couple of years or more. That said, have you updated the app to the latest? I recall a while back where they came out with a new app that required a new login.

Welp... Yesterday I helped my son map out a route to his new workplace he'll start at in about 3 weeks. Need to cross two bridges (Alex Fraser and Queensborough), and some possibly very/too busy roads. Mapped it out with Komoot with slightly different routes to/fro. Then we headed out to test...
