Wonder how they came across that catchy name”SATORI ANIMARIS”?

    Stromer ST2 Boost Mode Code

When you are to tired to peddle- 12mph boost seems pretty fast! There may not even be a way to speed it up. The st1 boost code is around this forum somewhere and the bike seems to not mind boosting around at 20mph. I rarely use it because it removes the bikes stealth instantly. Coasting uphill...

    The new Stromer ST5

" they don't build em like they used too". One split second of inattention leaves a permanent blemish on a tig weld. Some Aluminum boats have 5 meter long welds.

Are you suggesting the Swiss welds are better than Chinese? Or the other way around?

    The new Stromer ST5

Seems odd Stromer(talks about) OMNI will duplicate on another screen, yet no traditional way to mount it(so far). I’m kinda idling back my enthusiasm, as usual getting ahead of myself. Time to focus on fishing, let the mfg. finish up there work, then see what they have.............

    The new Stromer ST5

Bluecat, that is the best response i’ve ever seen from anybody’s question on the internet! Period. I’ve always been a Stromer booster- maybe the 5 will fit me like a glove. If not, i’ll Slum along on my st2s. If wires are long enough, maybe a cnc guy could cut out a block to fit in there, but...

    The new Stromer ST5

Although I sadly fit the dough, retiring age, and especially the frail and aging thing perfectly- it’s not easy to find another 2 wheeler where the seat height is taller than bar height. Even the uncomfortable looking crotch rocket, the bars are generally higher than seat. The riding posture is...

    The new Stromer ST5

Hhhmmmmm. I lowered bars on st1 today and will start lowering on st2s pretty soon and adjust to low bar height—“if ya can’t beat em- join em”.

    The new Stromer ST5

Blue cat, I look forward to your st5 posts as much as I look forward to fish reports ahead of a multi day offshore fishing trip! I think you are the worlds foremost authority on ST5, and I am looking forward to owning one! My biggest concern is raising handlebars to my desired height. I have...

Stromer and the front wheel fork.

I don’t know about pushing the industry..... ........ They are selling a proprietary fork for ST2s- that has a short taper to it, so rock shox will not fit in head tube.

ST2 S : Riser bar which fits the bike without modifying wires & brake-lines

I’ve raised bars and installed forks on 3 stromers. To get them where I wanted, only brake line neede to be replaced(lengthened). Simple and inexpensive. I had dealer put front brake line on, bleeding is a pain.

    The new Stromer ST5

The “Racktime compatible” is the important part. If it accepts their “snap it” Adaptor- then you are only limited by your imagination. I can snap on and off saddlebags, baskets, golf club bag, flatbed, etc in seconds.

    The new Stromer ST5

Its just a tap on button vs. the thumb throw on your shifter now. Seems to be self adjusting too. I've had st2 and now st2s. Its a better way to shift. Shifter and bigger battery are the selling points on st2s over st2. ST5 has 50% more power(500 vs 750watts) vs st2. As long as battery doesn't...

    The new Stromer ST5

Worth correcting..... The Racktime rack on stromers are not proprietary and they are very useful with the snapit system for mounting different things on rack. I think Racktime and Tubus are related companies.

    The new Stromer ST5

I’m a likely buyer of st5. I’ll ignore recharging shifter separately(st2s only needs it once a month), more concerned with 30mm travel of forks- although upside down are cool. And learned on st2s the headtube is encumbered with electronics internally and would not accept rockshox Sid because...

    myStromer AG: CEO will leave

Wonder if they are hiring? I would bring back the ST1 comfort frame with new(st5)drive motor, electric shift 11 speed, 34mm,100mm top shelf fox forks.......... Name it ST3 for 2019 and 2020, then ST4 for a couple more years....... like Harley did in 99 and 2000 with the out of production FXR...

When not using battery power to ride.

Its called "cogging", google it. You get a little taste of it every time you stop pedaling. Especially on more powerful st2. Its inherent to the motors design, but kinda worth it, cause to eliminate it requires more complexity. Im almost positive I read that new st5 is without cogging, but...

Sometimes a mfg. gets it so right- discountinuing is the only op

Idk, but I think I still like my 20mph girls frame ST1(with jailbroke boost) better than my st2(sold) or st2s! Appearance wise- it’s got a more masculine stance than any Stromer because of its long head tube. Way easier to get off and on than st2 girls frame or st2s. Glancing at speedo is...

Newbie questions on Stromer 2018 line-up in USA

I think it’s a leftover(from hardcore street bikers) mindset that suspension soaks up pedal power. But when you’re offsetting with electric, and maintaining 28mph, it’s a great improvement.
