They make covers to prevent chain slap damage to the frame...you can find them on amazon.....or use electrical tape works just as well or better...you may even be able to find red.

Yes,the "bump"is putting tension on the chain and the torque sensor is reacting..normsl.

The wheel won't center in the fender...the torque sensor makes the wheel off center.

The display is under warranty for a year.....I had minus button doing the same.....they sent me a new one.

The way they honor claims is a hit or miss propostion at best anyway.

If you want the nut remover try calling customer service, I did. it was listed as out of stock but they had it, I didn't have any off set wrench so I bought the Juiced Tool for what a wrench would have cost me. My son has a Juiced also used it to change worn out rear tire,which is not that bad...

I have the SP12 very happy with it.....Bike Discount , Germany....high shipping cost but still the best price I could find..takes about a week to get it. About $80 total...23 of it shipping!

The online manual says pushing the on button on the rearlight puts it in automatic mode. The only thing mine seems to do is turn on and off. One push on, two off. Anybody know anything about the light, or a rechargeable one that will fit the mounting bracket.

They go it the back on each side of the Selle name plate , and don't do a damn thing but look pretty. And I would ask that the $100's extra you payed for the polished frame to be refunded! The flat black ones go faster!

Those two black things snap in under you seat. It must have been a rough shipment to jar them off !
