Does anybody know what the permissible tire pressure range is? Any opinions on what effect reducing pressure to the minimum has on the chance of flats? Would it increase/decrease or have no effect on likelihood of flats?

Kevcentral reviewing the Onway. At around 3:10 he talks about the suspension fork. Yup, I think I could learn to like icing cupcakes. Imo this review shines a good light on the Lectric since it's obvious he still prefers the Lectric even though this cheaper bike has some good features.

Well hold on just a sec. Interferring with the Darwin Awards is serious business. There's no telling what dark forces might be unleashed that humanity will have to deal with down the road.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but customers take shipped to mean in transit to their location, not from Lectric to some intermediary that sits on them for a week or two.

I think the trick is to make sure the warnings get enough likes or 5 star reviews.

HD and Lowes sell perforated rubber shelf-liner that comes in a 12" roll. It's not very thick but it cuts easily and you can double or triple it. It might work and it's handy stuff to have on hand.

This is depressing. A rear tire flat isn't fixable on the road and it isn't possible to walk the bike home with a flat? That could prove to be interesting if one were exploring a forest trail somewhere and gets a flat miles from camp. Can't carry it back.
