Wahoo Kickr Core 2 with Zwift

There are a couple of ways to enable 2.4GHz on a router. You can enable it for your existing SSID, in which case a client may connect on either band, but you may not be able to control at which band the client connects. This could result in slower WiFi performance for some clients. Or you could...

Wahoo Kickr Core 2 with Zwift

Configuring 2.4GHz is something they can do remotely. They won't have to roll a truck for that. I have an XFinity router at my work apartment and they have the option of configuring it yourself through their phone app. At my home in SoCal where my treadmill is located, I have Ubiquiti APs and...

Wahoo Kickr Core 2 with Zwift

I have a Kickr Run treadmill and use it with Zwift. I was using a long HDMI cable from my PC to the TV in front of the treadmill, but I switched to an Apple TV appliance. It runs Zwift fine, but without as much detail as the PC. It connects to the Wahoo via Bluetooth for speed and incline...

Wahoo Kickr Core 2 with Zwift

By 4G he probably means 2.4GHz support. If he only has 5GHz WiFi enabled in his home, then devices that only have 2.4GHz radios wouldn't be able to connect to it. It's a problem for a lot of smart home (IOT) devices as well. Most WiFi routers will have both radios and the option to enable...

    HELP

Frames that are designed to be step throughs have reinforced downtubes or dual downtubes. Your frame does not have that as the top tube provides that structure for the frame. It's your frame and you can cut it up how you wish, but that is probably not going to end well for you.

    Panda Express hates vegetarians!

I was actually thinking you would just take the leftovers home. That's what I do with Chinese food. Although I would definitely look for a mom and pop restaurant over Panda Express. I am a picky eater and usually end up ordering two things you can't get in a normal combination meal, so I end...

You could use a hacksaw to shorten the kickstand. I have been using a Pletscher double leg kickstand and it works great. I have the Disc Trucker with 26" wheels.

    Controller question

Back when I was in college, I had a VW Bug. The battery was under the back seat on the driver's side. I had dinner fork slip under the seat and short the battery to the frame. It melted the fork and burned a hole in the seat.

    Controller question

Not usually. If you shorted it with a resister or some kind of load, maybe. The BMS could shut the battery down. If you have a fuse inline, that may blow. Most likely, with thin wires used for lights, the wire will melt or that board could be damaged. That's assuming the light function is...

getting a regular bike after my battery fails?

Maybe. Couldn't you have them cross in front of the handlebars/headset before the cable stop and then run them parallel on the downtube with the front shifter housing on the outside?
