IMHO, The first thing I would do, when owning a new bike, regardless of the Brand name, is put FLAT OUT in the tubes/tires. This should stop most all leaks, unless you have a total blowout of the tires. Also carry a good electric bike pump/patch kit as a back up etc. It might save you some...

Guys As a follow up to this post, William P has provided lots of info, as a work around, when destroying RD/hangers like I do when trail riding thru sage etc. I have never read/seen info like William P provides, about RD etc. Very interesting, See info here...

Thanks Guys 6z I carry spare hangers for the Juggs 4 bike, I have gotten so, when I hang a DR up, I just change the hanger, I won't straighten that one, not worth the time. ($25 per pop), On the Wart hog, when I snag the sage brush, the whole DR arm is mangled, as the DR is attached to a 1/2"...

PED Why do you say, "The rims are too wide to begin with for 4 inch tires."? What size/width are those rims? My Wart Hog has 4.00" wide rims O/S with 4.5" tires, and the Juggs 4 has 2.250" wide rims with 3" wide tires. Tia,

Guys, That have opened this motors case and cleaned all the OEM grease out, (What little amount there was), what did you use to clean the inside of this grease? Would brake cleaning spray be OK? or some other spray safe for the inside use etc. Your thoughts and suggestions... Tia,

GR I looked at the photo, even enlarged up and it is hard to tell if there is a block where the White multi strand cable is/on the dividing wall that has the 2 screw holes, (just below the Bafang name). Is there a gasket that seals this dividing wall? I have all the OEM gaskets for this motor...
