I rode 13 miles today, I must have been lazy, I forgot to take a picture and my average speed was down a little bit. I included a picture from our recent trip to Switzerland, we are on the top of Jungfraugh. (sp?).

I rode 19 miles today. Nice sunny but cool and a little breezy. A large Ford tractor caught my eye and another picture when I stopped to take a break, a nice old farm house in the background.

I rode 17 miles today, nice sunny day but pretty windy. A picture as I’m starting a down wind leg. Faster than 15 miles an hour with wind behind me and the bike on eco but then the last leg into the head wind. The house in the background of my picture is an Amish home.

I rode 19 miles today. There‘s not much to look at these days, the crops are mostly out of the fields, cloudy and windy.

It’s been unusually warm here, temps in the high seventies and low eighties, light winds but I’ve been fighting a cold for a few days. I’m mostly over it but still have a cough keeping me from riding. I hope to get back out next week.

On car and truck tires the date is molded in but you have to know how to read it. It sounds like the 2024 isn’t the date they were made.

Is the date code on the sidewall in your first group of pictures 2024? If so they aren’t old.

I had a similar click in mine. They put new pedals on and a new front chain ring. That fixed it and I’m not sure but I think the chain ring was the problem

I did 14 miles today, the roads near our house as usual. The harvest is still going strong but it rained just a little last night so the soybeans were a little too wet.
