    I have the tires, tubes laying on an unused bedroom floor for about 3 days allowing them to straighten out. I will have to order about $1100 more to equal the bike. LOL You are hilarious. $20 might push me over the edge huh? 😁

    Yes, that is a recipe for issues, small wires and brittle insulation. The brittle issue will only get worse. Time and Heat causes this. If it were me I would just get a new one at this point.

    left foot forward?

    I am left handed but kick a football with right foot. I mount my E-Bike with Right leg. I do not notice if left foot or right foot is forward at rest but going around sharp curve I just have both pedals horizontal and level.
