I've run a pair of these on my carbon road bike, which doesn't have any fender attachment points. I found that they fit okay and do a good job of keeping the bike and rider relatively dry/clean, but they do need tweaking on a regular basis to keep the rubbing to a minimum. Not the best fenders...

28 (and a bit) pounds for the road bike version, with pedals, is very light, considering the price.

One problem, especially with cheaper carbon framed ebikes, is that the bottom bracket hole is not a perfect, but is slightly oval. This can lead to bottom bracket creak over time. This even occurs on very expensive carbon frames, especially those with press-fit bottom brackets.
