I do not know any single bolt clampen seat post that actually is approved with a clinical test for use in a EN15490 normed bike (E-bike). I've seen plenty of tests and they all fail dramatically. I would not suggest to use such a SP on an E-bike. SP tests are done in house and at EFBE or Dekra
