    Winter Riding Gloves

That's interesting, but how are they in the rain? I have 34 degrees and rain rides.

    Winter Riding Gloves

I hate that I have found no gloves that work below 40, but electric gloves for me.

Magic (not real magic) chain lube for outstanding lasting performance and virtually no wear

Just coat your chain in marine axle grease; it will last longer than the bike does since you don't pedal.

Magic (not real magic) chain lube for outstanding lasting performance and virtually no wear

I have done 40-mile rides in the rain. But usually it's two 8-mile rides a day on my commute.

Magic (not real magic) chain lube for outstanding lasting performance and virtually no wear

I tried it it did not hold up that well to the rain. And it is kinda messy if I remember right, but I may not have let it sit long enough, but it's been a while.

Magic (not real magic) chain lube for outstanding lasting performance and virtually no wear

All the wax lubes want overnight drying, but that doesn ot work for me, so it's not practical to try it. I lube before a ride or at work when I get to work.

    Metal Jockey Wheels

No, I have them go 14,000 miles. I replaced the whole drivetrain at that mileage. Even on our Bosch-powered tandem, they are fine. They don't have a load on this.

Magic (not real magic) chain lube for outstanding lasting performance and virtually no wear

I thought about wax, but the hassle of taking the chain off and off again, and all the rain and cold, I think it would turn into a hassle. Roadies don't ride in the winter rain.

Magic (not real magic) chain lube for outstanding lasting performance and virtually no wear

Most lube seems to give me the same amount of miles, and when you put 200 miles a week on my bikes, you get a lot of time to observe. and after over 40k on e-bikes and a lot of chains so I go for ease of use less mess and how long it lasts in the rain. rock and roll blue is great when you dont...

    Park Tool chain lube

SilcaSynerg-E E-Bike Lube is supposed to give you a lot more chain life, but I never found that. But it lasts in the rain and is not super messy.

How would you rate your seat for comfort?

my problem is I have the right saddle but it has issues; they wear out in a year as they either get hard or the cover comes off. but I need a seal that is flat end to end and side to side, and I found that but it's a bit wide. so it pushes on the inside of my right thigh and when I get tired, it...

Why does EBR hate recumbent bikes?

Yes, Bents have never been a big market. with a few versions. I sure liked mine, but it had its issues, too.

    Signs of fall/winter.

Yep, when I was riding a scooter, winter sucked. Now just the rain sucks. I am much more comfortable than when I was waiting for the bus.

    Signs of fall/winter.

What's bad is when it's 60 and pouring rain, and I am riding to work or home. If I go full raingear, I am going to cook, but if not, my pants are going to be soaked. I gave up on medium-weight gloves because I keep losing them.

    Signs of fall/winter.

god, that would kill me. I would wear a T-shirt and my wind jacket, that's enough, and shorts and my sandals. Maybe a heavy T-shirt at most because of the wind. It was 50 and raining, and I was in a heavy jersey light rain coat and bibs, and rain pants. I used my heated gloves with no heat.

    Signs of fall/winter.

Of course got the first low tire of the season. With tubes, if you lose a bunch of air, it's usually too big a hole or you're out of fluid. With some air, I got to the place we were eating, came out, added air, looked for the wet spot, and plugged it like a man :D
