    Teach them to ride responsibly. And accept responsibility for your actions. In this case, it was a Lime rental bike and the rider wasn’t wearing a helmet.

    The biggest concerns would be the battery, and wear parts like tires and brakes. Could be a good deal if you don’t need new flashy items.
