In the vintage tool world, that style is known as a bicycle wrench, the B is the size. I have an A size. Can’t read the marks on the dynamic jaw, but the stamp on the static jaw indicates that was probably included in the tool lit of a Pierce Arrow car.

On another forum i follow, a technical forum, they had a surge of bot activity a week ago. The bots were downloading huge amounts of data to build their knowledge base, unfortunately they were causing the forum to incur a lot of service fees for the activity.
