I can't say for sure for the Como, but both the Vado and the Levo use a 2mm hex set screw that's recessed in a hole on the backside of the switch.

The geometry, wheel size, and handling of the two bikes should be key determining factors. They sit and ride quite differently. If you're on the fence, it's best to demo each before deciding.
