Hi all, Due to my long rides, I requested the giant dealer in Melbourne Australia for an additional battery in Nov 20. The price, is A$895. Is this reasonable???? The cost of Lafree E+2 2021 bike was A$2,999.

Hi There, can anyone recommend a bike jacket with a Waist of 142 cms or 55”? i do week end on bike trails, couldn’t get a comfortable cycle jacket.

Giant Lafree has made me back again on the tracks. I hv been asking for a addl battery and now the dealer has confirmed that this is on back order and ETA sep 21? Long wait.

My battery shows full charge, green light, however the ride control app shows 99%. This has happened on my last two rides. The battery is 2 months and ride is 1000 kms. Any thoughts?

I did not shift gears, just stared a uphill with battery 150% support. May be I am pedalling hard, becasuse my previous bike is a Giant Defy2. I have to be mindful, dealer Ivanhoe cycles checked it through, hopefully it will never happen again, it is a new chain I have done 95 kms. Otherwise...

Stuck in the crank, it is a new chain, the dealer examined it throughly, advised me to be little easy on uphills.Hopefully it wont happen again. Otherwise Lafree is such a beauty

I had my chain replaced but again today, it slipped and stuck. All my efforts to put it back failed. Taking it back to the Giant dealer tomorrow first thing.

thanks all. Lafree electric is such a beautiful bike. While peddling a hill, the chain slipped. Learned to be easy when changing gears. The saddle is so good. I want to get an additional battery as Giant Australia does not have upgrades on Lafree+2.
