Oh yeah I've dealt with them. And like every single system in the entire world that processes payments online, there is an order number associated with every single transaction, by law.

When you make a purchase if funds are exchanged you get a series of confirmation emails with an order number.

Are saying you sent them a couple thousand dollars/euros and it came out of your bank and you never got anything or did anything about it?

So then it should be no problem and very simple for you to post up here your documentation with the order number.

I have a Rad City StepThru and come here to get other people's experiences, tips, ideas, etc. That lemon and piece of garbage has been giving me about 6000 clicks a year without any issues whatsoever, and I beat the living snot out of it. I put it together and all I've had to do is change a flat.

I can only ride about half the year because of snow but I put on about 6000 clicks of city riding each year in that half year. Rad bike has never been in the shop.
