Here is a milage stat for the vado sl

Unfortunately I weight in at about 215 in my riding gear. Yesterday I took a 10 mile ride in the default 'Sport Mode' on my Vado SL 5.0, I gained 393 feet of elevation and consumed 25 percent of my battery. I guess the extra 40 pounds really makes a difference....(my average speed was 15 mph).

Is there a Garmin that works well with the ''ebike field" app?

My main reason is that I have 11 years worth of rides recorded on Garmin Connect. I also find that the Garmin is easier to read than the TCD/U. The Garmin will auto upload to Garmin Connect and my rides are also stored in the Garmin until I delete them.

Is there a Garmin that works well with the ''ebike field" app?

I have an aging Garmin 810 and am thinking of upgrading to a newer model. I would like a model that works well with the ebike field app. It appears that the Garmin models that look like *30 have some problems with this app, have there been any recent firmware updates that have fixed the problems?

Here is a milage stat for the vado sl

I did another 20.41 mile ride this morning in eco assist with an elevation gain of 790 ft, battery strength read 16% at the finish. I averaged 14 mph over all of the rides. So in eco assist level my vado sl 5.0 gave me 62.30 miles with an elevation gain of 2018 ft and 16% of the battery...

Here is a milage stat for the vado sl

Mission Control with a Garmin or Wahoo

Hi, last week I bought a Vado SL 5.0 and it came with an 'unwired' turbo display console. I have an older Garmin Edge 810. I removed the TDU and found that the Garmin fit into the holder without a hitch. If the fake channel is enabled in Mission Control then the battery level can be displayed...

My Turbo Vado SL 5.0 (non eq ) finally arrived...

Whoops, I believe that I erred in asserting that choosing 'power' for one of the fields for my garmin edge 810 that I would be getting my power usage... Today I noticed that the power reading apparently tracks the remaining battery strength. This morning I noticed that the power reading was...

My Turbo Vado SL 5.0 (non eq ) finally arrived...

No pictures, but it looks exactly like the (non equipped) pictures on the Specialized Web Site. It took sightly more than two months to arrive. My main surprise was that the TDU unit on the handlebars was NOT wired. My second surprise was that when I removed the TDU that my garmin edge 810...

That the Vado SL 5.0 I ordered two months ago arrives soon. My LBS contact called over the weekend and saw that in their Business to Dealer Spreadsheet that it was outlined in RED and that generally means that the bike was being packaged for shipping. For the record I am eighty two years old...
