Silca has an aluminum case instead of the silicone cover. They get slightly better specs by tweaking some of the components. Still made by Cycplus.

The Creo 2 Comp is a much nicer bike and better value. The Creo 2 E5 is the bare bones model, doesn't take as wide of tires etc.
