@stompandgo thanks for the answer. It's not new, no dealer option for me. (a recent upway purchase, a 2022 model). "Heat on tab" meaning the entire black rubber piece, or just the little protrusion on the back? If I trimmed the little protrusion some, it >might< mate up with one of the pins...

+1 on the big nylon tie strap. I also have one metal loop per wheel, fixed horizontally, which is a common design on the less expensive racks. And yes, the weight of the bikes will, in normal, short-range, paved-road circumstances, be adequate. However, planning for e.g. emergency maneuvers...

I've purchased an inexpensive hitch carrier for our two ebikes. I went cheap because it's for short-range, paved-road use only. It's adequate but it came with four rather small straps with metal squeeze-to-open buckles on the end to secure the wheels. I'm wondering if anybody has come up with...

The rubber dust cap on my charging port won't stay put when I'm riding, it won't snap into the frame. There is a little nub that looks like it should fit somewhere, but it doesn't. Any ideas? Does yours look the same? 2022 Ultimate T10 ST.
