Try regularly coating the chain with wet sand--that should speed up the bedding process.

Only about 3000km. I ride often, but mostly rides of 25km or less.

It was a much better day today. It was12c--and thanks to very light winds--it felt like 12c. Here are a few pics from today's 23km ride:

Went for a 20km ride today, but I didn't take any pics. I had to keep moving to stay warm, as it was 8c with a stiff breeze and a feels like temp of 4c. No doubt about it: fall is here and winter is coming.
