Yes all throttle you can't go as far. But the OP hasn't said how far they need to drive this bike. All throttle 20 miles? Maybe a commute to work and back, Then you could charge the bike at work for the commute home?

No Ebikes with throttles go as fast as the brand lets it. So different brands have different throttle speeds.
