I have finally fixed it,I just replaced the IRFR9220 chip is,cost £4.95, it fired up straight away so no need to replace the ss210 ,thx for all the advice ,i hope if anyone out there trying to wire a light using the 12v supplied by the controller comes across this problem it will help...

I tried to use a step down on the 12v out on the controller,i used a 12v to 9v to try and power my led light , am only going so far with the repair,but i have a soldering iron and the will to use it,

The IRFR9220 chip is being delivered first,is it ok to fit it to see if it works or shall i what until all the parts turn up,l would like to add i am never ever again going to use the light connector thx

I have tried another 72v controller and it doesn't seem to work properly, the throttle only goes to the speed of what you have the pas set to, its making 3200w and is slower and far less torque,the 52v battery was making 1850w and has far more torque and i can get the throttle to go flat out...
