Death Valley Century Cancelled By Organizers

Hey Jeremy, I’ve been through Death Valley after a storm like this. All the low lying roads get washed away. In the nearby town of Lone Pine, they are expecting 2” of rain tomorrow. All that has to go somewhere, probably thru Death Valley. It was the right call to cancel the event.

    Specialized Creo In The Rain

My Creo will be on a rack on the back of my SUV, so it will be out of the direct blast of rain and air. I have the option of putting it in the cargo area if I can get my wife to use a small suitcase.

    Specialized Creo In The Rain

We are riding in the Death Valley Half Century next weekend and rain is forecast at my house and in Death Valley. Will the Creo be okay on the bike rack and riding it in the rain? It’s about 5 hours to get to Death Valley and about 4 hours for the actual ride. Ive rinsed the bike gently with...

    Great Little Air Compressor

The Milwaukee is very convenient because you set the pressure that you want, start it and walk away. It shuts off when it reaches the psi that you chose. This is especially convenient for car tires that will take a couple minutes to air up.

    Great Little Air Compressor

    Ammo can storage

The cement bunker is going to be the best and cheapest way to contain a battery fire. It will naturally vent because the blocks don’t fit airtight next to each other. Fit them together so one layer of hollow block keeps the battery off the ground and you will be good. You will have to deal...

Catalina Island, Avalon to Two Harbors

Morning Jeremy. Avalon itself if fairly flat, but anywhere out of town it gets steep. In your bottom picture of Avalon there’s a great ride. You take the road around the corner in the top of the photo and there’s a restaurant called the Buffalo Nickle, it’s Mexican food. Just past the...

    CBS Evening News

It’s going to keep happening. Stupid parents buying stupid kids an electric motorcycle and letting them ride it anywhere they want. Then it’s someone else’s fault when they go splat.

    e Trike pls Help

This is exactly what I was thinking of. Have your LBS or a fabricator fit them for you, that way you won’t have to sell your Lectric and as you ride and gain your balance, maybe you can remove them.
