I had to read back. So your bike is 4 years old? You've had a lot of things replaced under warranty. I think it's more likely than not that the 2016 Levo is too old to work properly with either MC or BLEvo.

Contact developer for refund. Just tell him the app didn't work with your bike.

I should of been more specific with Max. I have never had a motor error period. Whether riding or whatever. Resetting the bike? How does one reset the bike? Is it like resetting a 4K firestick or phone? Is it a soft reset or hard reset? If I had a motor error I would be lost. I have 2 E-bikes...

On a flat trail that's quite a bit of battery drain using 25% Eco I would imagine. But then again you have over 4500 miles. Still seems a bit much.

Over double my mileage. I'm not how many cycles I have. Probably less then 40 or 50. I'll check later and post back. MC reports my battery health at 100% and BLEvo 99% last I checked. I try to get at least 50 miles per charge 80-20 present.

I suggest from reading various battery sources. Charge to 80% and don't let it go below 20%. Something to do with lithium/Lion batteries. Frequent charges are better than fully charges and fully drained.

Not sure why you're quoting me. Anyways, as far as I can tell, there are only 2 of us with Vados, both 5.0s, that report a positive experience with BLEvo. I have never had any motor error when turning the bike on. It may be that your Vado 4.0 is not compatible with BLEvo.

Well at least we know now there are "2" reporting BLEvo working with Turbo Vados 5.0 European/ US editions. Never heard back from the person with 4.0 Vado that said BLEvo was reading his battery correctly. Never posted any stats or any follow up. Crazy politics (Election/Covid/Social unrest)...

One other thing the speed slider won't effect the bike. It will report accurate speed in BLEvo when set if your bike has Planet 3 installed. It will report accurately speed and range while your TCD-w will lie to you.

That's one of three Firmwares for the Turbo Vado. In my case 5.0. That number can be found in BLEvo as well as Mission Control. 👍

That's odd. It connects to mine fine. That's one of the reasons I prefer BLEvo. It allows me to tune in 1% increments instead of 5.

I thought BLEvo didn't work well with Vado 4.0 2020. I agree with you. BLEVo is a great app for our Vados. I like listening to the application while I ride dictating, range, speed, ETC. Also, I like the 1% increments settings BLEvo VS. 5% MC.and the numerous in-depth stats given for rides in BLEvo.
