What I find concerning is that Pushkar use to post multiple times a day here, he hasn't made a single post in 10 days now; did something happen?

I empathize with those that have ordered Ebikes in 2020 and still don't have them, you want/need them for summer riding, and if the money is just sitting there, the urge is to move on from this. This would be doubly true if it's your very first Ebike, at least those that already own one can...

If you want an even more cushier ride consider the Tannus armour inserts Pushkar has but doesn't list as an option, this also changes your tube size which he will look after. And you also never need to worry about a flat once these are in.

I wonder if that was an an alignment issue more than a snapping belt issue, if it's misaligned that would cause premature wear and a weakening of the belt.

This would be upsetting for sure, but it sounds like testing components slipped through the cracks, that should have been removed and replaced with the upgrades. At least Pushkar is owning it, an honest mistake, I don't think anybody believes he was trying to cut corners and save money and rip...

Well I know the front fork can handle those huge Johnny 5 tires from Terrene Johnny 5 I know because I asked Pushkar.....however the rear is a different story, that I don't know.

Question, what is the amp rating on the seagull controller?

So on the Bafang controller you can control when the throttle kicks in, so you can set it 3mph for example, just so it doesn't shock/surge the motor from a dead stop?

As another Sondors owner(Fold XS) does it have enough power for you?

Another owner of relatively new Ebike company recently made a video and said some bike parts are now 600 days out; this is madness, if you have parts you don't need now is the time to sell. You will never make more money than right now for Ebike parts on the secondary market.
