    Tero X remote light switch

Very frustrated what is that damn bolt holding the wired remote headlight switch on. It looks like a very small Torx. But its holding me back from changing the bars. You can see the switch in this link...

    Charger advice

I wasnt trying to cause offence. Unfortunately it is a term we use in my industry. But just to update the 530wh battery from the Como does indeed operate in my Tero.

    Charger advice

Thankyou it makes sense. I had not realised they were just a 'dumb' unit. Im thinking of a long ride this summer. And this means I could borrow it.

    Charger advice

Off the back of this. I was just thinking that mechanically the 530wh battery from my wifes Como 3.0 looks like it will fit my Tero. But I assume its not as simple as that ?

Recommend me handlebars with back sweep

Dear all My current black handlebars have a 31.8mm clamp, are 750mm wide with an 8 degree backsweep, And a 6 degree upsweep. Im looking for a larger backsweep, say 15 degrees minimum with some rise. I think I would stay around the same width. Although I only have my Quad Lock additional to the...

    Ebike rack

For the record I spent a long time researching a bike rack. I finally settled on the Atera strada XL. It fits very securely on the tow bar of our Mini Countryman. And comfortably carries my Tero X and my wife’s Como 3.0. We have completed hundreds of miles with it.

Trust me I’m on holiday in Cornwall currently. You would not believe the crazy hill gradients here. My poor wife on her 50Nm Como takes one look and says, nope 😂

My dealer in the city of Chester is very good. I have never asked about test rides though. My bad !

Need help on choosing my first e-bike! Want to purchase from website.

@Jeremy McCreary i am in agreement with you sir. I have also made some costly mistakes. But I was lucky with my Trek as I bought it well, and sold it close to what I paid. But being part Scot’s I like a deal 😀. I found my Tero X at an unbelievable price online of £2500. And they were offering 0%...

Need help on choosing my first e-bike! Want to purchase from website.

Bought three bikes online in my ebike history. Never tested any of them. Mainly because in my own experience the UK is not as encouraging when it comes to test rides. The only one of the three I didn’t love was a Trek Powerfly. Immense torque would almost make it flip on severe inclines. But I...

    Specialized Como 3.0 more torque

Ah yes Thankyou I forgot about the chainring. It doesn’t look too difficult. But then a day in Chester whilst the bike is in the specialized shop is tempting.

Many thanks Dave. And I guess dropping the front cog will mean the chain guard can remain.
