Support news: Old broken QR-E PRO will be send back to Qiroll warehouse in China for inspection/repair. Good news! Manage to get reply from Jason (Qiroll support). He ask me to send back the old broken QR-E Pro for their engineer to inspect and hopefully they can get it fixed.

Yes, i apply tape without removing the motor. Just de-clutch it from tire contact. Its just 3 minutes work to put the tape. I don't have the link because my next door office sell this industrial floor tape so i don't have to order online. hehehe!
