I was a graphic designer at a automotive decal company. The equipment printed on vinyl and cut the design as well. Expensive equipment. But if you have inkjet printable vinyl, a printer, an xacto knife, a steel ruler and clear coat polyurethane you can do the same thing.

You can buy inkjet vinyl. Print your cool Avatar, let it dry 24hrs, and then spray it with polyurethane. Cut it with an design xacto blade and stick it to the bike.

My Raleigh Tekoa mid drive EMTB and my Legacy hub drive commuter EBike both have throttles. The Raleigh has a twist throttle and the Legacy has a thumb throttle. On Both bikes you give a little throttle the bikes don't jump and move forward slowly and smooth. The more you give the faster you go...
