The kit is compatible with G062 with L10 motor connector. The z916 (like stock Rad) is unreliable with this much power. I know the G062 motor can be bought with stock like connector but its not good idea If using more than 25-30A controller. G062 motor can ne found prelaced for more easy upgrade.

This may be bit complicated answer but I`ll try to keep it short. Is the G062.1000 motor is capable of 130nm torque? Yes! In what circumstances? Depends which kv version you have but lets assume the ~8rpm/v 26" labeled one. Then you would need approx 100 phase amps or 25 battery amps to produce...

My vented and properly greased G062.1000.DC. I'm running it 60v 48A max, so 3000w Peak.

Correct. The G060.750 can handle little over 1000w continous if not run at slow rpm. Even My vented G062.1000 motor would struggle 2000w continous although 3000w is ok for a moment. I'm running this motor with 60v controller at 48A max.

Vented G062.1000 is what you need for higher power. Good quality 60v battery with 8kw continous capability and low IR feed the 48A controller for little over 3kw Max.

You are correct. BMS has cut off limit. Its not always super accurate. Typically BMS allows some peak/burst etc higher than constant current for a moment before cutting the load.

I dont think the frame has changed in that sense from 2017 and for 2017 that battery fits. You may need to fiddle little with the mounting screws for sturdy attachment.
