Do you still have your old motor? If so try and install and video/photo the difference in how the three holes align.
Beyond that I am at a loss as to why it won’t align with the frame mount holes.
This is the most detailed removal and re install I have found. While you are at it, perhaps check the grease in the motor, though this fellow uses far too much.

On VB’s website, they show the Enduro. Far as I know, it’s the only other mid drive. As you can see in the pic, this is a M600 motor. I concur that the Yukon Mid pictured is an M620 Ultra.
I like the blue too. Says 52.9 lbs without battery. So still over 60 … it’s no lightweight.
