Creo 1, 2 and Creo 2 road spec all back to back

Mine came all boxed up with seat post not fitted. I pop the post in to do the out the box ride, but did hot connect the cable. This would be a simple unhook. The Post end of the cable has a nipple which is clamped by a small allen key. Once you know that is there, removed is dead easy

Creo 1, 2 and Creo 2 road spec all back to back

My bike is 58cm fitted with 175mm cranks. Rode it like my normal bike and this is not an issue. The main reason for the min tyre suggestion is to do the wheel circumference and getting wrong speed ready from TCU. My Garmin handles this for me, so it is not an issue

Creo 1, 2 and Creo 2 road spec all back to back

I got my Creo 2 carbon comp yesterday and wanted to ride the back to back so I had a really good comparison. I did a 2.5 mile loop which included a 10% hill so I could hear how the motor was. First up was my Creo 1, which is heavily modified and light as the S-Works. This bike fits my...

Yes, my Creo 1 came with a very similar seatpost and it offers nowhere near the same comfort levels of the Ergon CF3. The split leaf carbon spring allows for some really nice deflection

The best I have found is the Ergon CF3 / Canyon VCLS 15 (they are the same seatpost, the companies are owned by brothers). That is what is going on to mine from my old Creo

Got my Creo 2 today and just done a quick shakedown ride to test all was put together right. I went for the Carbon Comp as already have many of the upgrades I am looking to put on the bike. Out the box it dies feel good. Much quieter motor then 1.1 and can feel it is stronger. The seatpost...

Measurement between the pedals. Ebikes tend to be wider due to the motor

Yea same here at 6' 2". That said, I did notice the Q factor decrease nicely when I swapped from alloy to carbon cranks, as my alloy one were MTB one....

The SRAM XPLR kit will fit, but remember it can be 1x only as not possible to fit front derailleur. XPLR will only give you 44T on rear. I did look at this for mine, but will go with Garbaruk cassette and chainring, as both lighter and cheaper, but excellent quality

That is why I will be using the Ergon CF3 seat post. Split carbon leaf spring give a really nice level on compliance. Got one one my Roubaix and my Creo

Yes, I have seen they recommend 38c min, but this is to do with the wheel size reading correctly in the TCU / app. I don't use the app and my speed is read from my Garmin. One I have the bike, I intend to do 3 back to back rides. First on Creo 1, second on Creo 2 as standard and 3rd on Creo 2...

I have my Creo 2 arriving at the end of the week. I will take out some of the gravel stuff (ie dropper post) and swap to Ergon CF3 seatpost and run my Roubaix wheels on it at 28c to see what it is like. Went for the Comp and worked out I can drop nearly 2kg with some wheel chosen upgrades

    SL 1.1 Motor Rebuild

Still waiting for the thread locker to be delivered. Got all the other bits I need and after watching the video, does seem an easy job. The time consuming part in installing all the bearing the the gear centers. I guess I can also tune the sound with grease to an extent?

    Creo 1.2

The Creo was one of the first electric roadbikes and it took a few years for Fazua and TQ to top that motor. I would appreciate some more torque to help the steeper hills and the microtune also looks good to me. I love the way the Creo rides and I have not liked others I have tried as they do...

    Creo 1.2

Yes, the motor is the same in the Creo and Levo, so if the Levo motor can be swapped, then so can the Creo. Cranks are hard to get hold of, but 30mm Sram ones also fit

    Creo 1.2

I currently have the Creo 1 which I have heavily modified to be a lightweight road spec. With many upgrades on the Comp, I got the weight down to 12.2kg, matching the S-Works and have been really happy with it. I have been looking at the Creo 2, but not convinced as not road spec. I would...

    SL 1.1 Motor Rebuild

Will have a look later this week as ordered some circlip pliers and lock thread. Looks a fairly easy job, but there re 12 bearings in the kit to locate and change if doing the full kit. At min, a good re-grease and sprag clutch change will make a huge difference

    SL 1.1 Motor Rebuild

What an awesome find, well done. Watched the video and seems pretty straight forward. The only special tools required and circlip pliers to help re-install the BB. Gives me lots of confidence to do the update. His sprag clutch was in poor state. Will look at doing this next week now, once I...

    SL 1.1 Motor Rebuild

I found the info on the Levo forum as follows and the last set on comments - https://www.emtbforums.com/threads/mahle-sl-1-1-to-sl-1-2-whats-possible-and-whats-different.33882/page-4 The chap said it was easy to open (SL1.1). The 1.2 looks a different option and much harder
